About Mia

Just Ask Mia was created by a group of family and child well-being advocates, practitioners, decision-makers, and community members with lived experience who saw a need: families in Arizona needed a fast, easy, and private way to find help, especially during times of stress or crisis.

In response, Valley Leadership’s Impact Maker, Together for Arizona, Botco, Family Involvement Center, and 211 came together to build and launch Mia, a free, easy-to-use chatbot that connects families to trusted resources across the state.

Whether accessed by text or through a browser, Mia meets families where they are offering real-time support to help them find what they need, when they need it most.
